Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods within 7 days of receiving. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please ensure you send the goods via a tracked service so you can ensure it is received back by us. Once received unused and in original packaging, we will issue a refund less the original delivery cost. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned in a state that they can be resold.

Our Returns Policy does not take away any rights you may have under consumer law.

Faulty or Defective Goods

All products purchased from us are quality tested.

If it is found that the item you received is faulty, we will exchange or offer you a full refund. The item needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging.

Please note – If the goods are found to be faulty, we will also refund the original delivery cost. The returned goods postage will be paid by the customer.

If we no longer have any more of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.

Exclusions

Replacements or refunds do not apply if:

  • the product has not been installed, erected, assembled, operated, and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.
  • the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed 
  • If the product has been displayed in an outdoor environment where we have not expressly recommended this option or to the extent permitted by relevant legislation.

We expressly exclude any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the incorrect use of the product.
