Where do we ship our Products?
We ship to all states in Australia including country areas and worldwide.
We get your orders out fast. Delivery is normally 3 to 5 working days to most places within Australia.
All products will be delivered by reliable couriers such as Aramex (Fastways), Couriers Please, TNT, Toll or Australia Post. We will advise consignment details allowing you to be able to track and trace your delivery.
Shipping Costs - standard orders
Shipping cost are calculated once you have added items to your Cart. You can check the shipping cost before proceeding to pay. Simply select your State and postcode and then UPDATE.
Shipping Costs - large orders
For Oversized or Large Consignments such as pallet loads, we will calculate shipping after we have received your order, and we will advise you. Please check out using BANK TRANSFER for the payment option. No need to pay until we have given you a shipping price and then you can decide if you wish to proceed with your order. Payment can then be via Bank Transfer or by Credit Card over the phone.
If we are running a FREE SHIPPING promo it will be for Retail Customers only and exclude the oversize or large consignment orders.
Order Not Received
If after you have received consignment details and attempted to track your consignment and not received your order within the above delivery period, please contact us on (02) 9684 6600.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If no one is present when the order arrives at your selected address, a notification will be left in the mailbox or under your door
An arrangement will have to be made with the courier to re-deliver your order.
A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home to receive the order.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur.
Authority to Leave
If you select Authority to Leave (ATL), the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. You agree that the parcel is deemed 'delivered' when left at your premises. You can leave further instructions to explain where exactly you would like the parcel left. Select this option only if you know goods can be left at your premises safely.
What if my Authority to Leave parcel is stolen?
The Artificial Xmas Tree Warehouse will not be held liable for any stock loss, due to theft or negligence if Authority To Leave is selected at the time of checkout and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.
Orders placed after 14 December will NOT arrive before Christmas. No online orders will be shipped after 22 December. The warehouse will be open for In Store pickups.
When will my order be delivered?
Due to a high number of online sales, we cannot ensure delivery will be before Xmas for all orders placed after the following dates:
NSW, Vic, Southern QLD - 14 December
WA, SA, NT, Northern QLD and Tas - 10 December
