Our Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

The Artificial Xmas Tree Company warrants our products against defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period according to the Warranty that is included with the product, or if a warranty card is not included, please see information below: -

The warranty period can vary from product to product, according to the type of material used in that product, which affects the overall price.

The warranty starts from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so please retain your Sales Receipt.

The warranty does not cover damages to the product resulting from incorrect installation, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, rust, normal wear. The warranty excludes colour fastness of white trees or frosting/snow effects, durability of any pre-attached items, or colour fading over time.

Our products are for Indoor use only, unless specifically mentioned on the product as being suitable for Outdoor use.

Trees: - Should any problem occur with any part of the tree within 5/10 years of the date of purchase, e.g. if a branch or tip should break, send the faulty part to our warehouse in Rydalmere NSW and we will replace the part FREE OF CHARGE. The colour of the foliage of a white Christmas tree is excluded in our 5/10 YEAR warranty.
Wreaths and Garlands: - Should any problem occur with any of our wreaths, garlands, or swags within 5 years of purchase, send the faulty product to our warehouse in Rydalmere NSW and we will replace the product FREE OF CHARGE.
Lights: - Should any Light String fail (entire string stops working) within 3 years of purchase, send the faulty product to our warehouse in Rydalmere NSW and we will replace the product FREE OF CHARGE.

PRE LIT TREES LIGHT STRING REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

All of our pre-lit trees come with a 3-year light string replacement warranty. If the entire light string stops working (within 3 years after purchase), simply remove it from the tree and send it back to us. We will send a replacement light string free of charge. Contact us, and we'll email you an easy guide on how to remove and reinstall the new light string.
